Refund policy
We can offer a refund in the case of a serious health issue or emergency involving the customer. Refunds are only applicable if we are informed at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled reservation time.

Delivery times
Our services will be provided based on the customer’s booking date. The scheduled time will be followed.
Accepted payment methods
Payments will be processed through Stripe, where you may use any debit or credit card. Additionally, bank transfers are also accepted as a payment method.
Payment period
Payment is due on the reservation booking day.
Price
Our service prices start from ¥20,000, with the final price confirmed based on the specific day, time and the number of participants. All final prices include tax.
